It is Memorial Day and my girlfriend and I decided to eat at the rainbow dragon for takeout. we had the food delivered and the food was very hot but when we opened it and went to go eat it the food was old stale disgusting and made us sick. we called the restaurant to inform them that the food was not in any way shape or form quality and that we would like to have something different or money refunded. Leo Leo the restaurant owner claimed that there was nothing he would do for our return policy so I packed up the food and went and took my car even though we pay the delivery fee drove the car to the restaurant drop the food off and call the bank to get our money refunded. Soon to find out that the place charged us two times exactly for the balance so now we have to wait 10 days for a full money to come back off the bank because they can hold the funds and place did nothing to do anything to reconcile the issue. If I get sick tonight from this food I am going to sue the company. I suggest nobody have a horrible experience with this place because they will not refund your money they will double charge you they will give you food that is less quality that dog food and I do not recommend anybody eat it because you will get sick. The owner will not accept any responsibility for anything that they do and they are extremely rude nasty and not apologetic in any way shape or form. Do not eat here please be aware!

By far the worst Chinese food I've ever eaten!! My wife and I were born and raised in NY and NJ so we know what NY style Chinese food taste like, and this is definitely not!!! If your looking for real NY style Chinese try China City on hiatus and Taft, there from Brooklyn. And any real New Yorker knows if the menu doesn't have half fried chicken with fries, there not NY style !!

This restaurant seems clean. The food tastes fresh and the staff is friendly. But everything seems to lack in flavor! I'd say it's safe to skip this place. My favorite: nothing to see here!

Everything I have gotten from here has been excellent! Great pan fry dumplings, mushu chicken, four seasons, fried rice. We have been ordering for years and it's always great.

FYI: for all you Pembroke Pines locals. DO NOT eat at this Chinese restaurant. Had it tonight for dinner. One of the worst I've ever tasted. 'nuff said...

Mediocre food at its best. Not the best quality chinese food. If you want to save some money, then this is your go to asian take out. The prices are great, which is what drew me to this restaurant/takeout in the first place. They have great family specials too. I just really thought that everything was lackluster and just plain boring. We ordered a Pork fried rice bucket, which faintly had some cubed pork and pretty much nothing else, but rice soaked in soy sauce. We also ordered chicken entrees, which for me, I thought the sesame chicken was overly drenched in sesame oil and the curry chicken tasted like rubber. Oh, and the wonton soup had way too much salt, but not enough of the real wonton soup flavor. I really would not order from this place again, as it it did not meet my standards of asian takeout. The service was not bad, and it was fast though.. Those would be my only positive points of this restaurant.

Rainbow Dragon is my local Chinese delivery restaurant but even if it wasn't I would drive here to pick up. I have yet to have a bad meal here although my absolute favorite is the Singapore noodles. If you're looking for good authentic Chinese food Rainbow Dragon is your best bet.

Is this place under new management? Did they recently change contracts with their food companies? This has been my go-to place to order Chinese delivery--it's not the best, but it's the best I've found here in the Pines. I order the General Tso's chicken all the time...so when I opened my food container tonight, I was thrown off. The chicken looked dried up and there was very little sauce. The container was 3/4 rice, leaving barely any room for the actual meal. I took one bite and confirmed that it's dry. The crab wonton appears smaller and tasted off--like someone dumped garlic salt into it. My son said his wonton soup was good, so there's a plus for tonight's dinner...

This place was one of the best Chinese places I've eaten at in a long time!! We got the pork lo mein which had big pieces of pork and perfectly cooked noodles. We also got the pan fried dumplings. The dumplings were all homemade. Huge pieces!

Not NYC style, but decent. Trick is to ask for NYC or Szechuan style. Manager is really personable when you explain what you're looking for.

We've ordered delivery from here 4 or 5 times last couple of years since we moved to the area. It was good at first but after last night's food was delivered ....never again! They must have new cook who doesn't know hat they're doing. Food is over cooked, quality of chicken and so called 'beef' in orange beef dish is suspect, sauces yucky. The deluxe combo vegie dish was so over cooked - no mushrooms anymore. They're also adding something that caused a lot of stomach upset - probably too much MSG or some other sort of flavor enhancer to make up for low quality meat.

The food is good but they short u on the protein and give you more vegetables . Quality is good quantity sucks ! I would really like to see them improve because are good restaurant . They need to work on there fried rice it's to plain like uncle Ben's . Wasn't to impressed . Fried rice should be the staple of Chinese food . I'm just saying I could have made better fried rice , and I have . I just had no time . I'll try back in a month see is they improve good luck !

Ordered delivery from these guys, very nice on the phone, driver was great I was loving it until I tasted the food. I order chicken fried rice, there was hardly any chicken in it, miniature bits of meat no vegetables and It tasted bland and rice tasted old like it had been cook days ago. First time in my life that I taste bland Chinese food, normally more on the salty side than anything. The egg rolls where the worst I have ever tasted, they where slimy inside the worst taste ever. Made you want to vomit. How this restaurant is still in business is a miracle. Stay away!!!!!

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
